You either dragged the hoist back, or rolled the car back before removing the tires.

Found my hoist on craigslist.

Dragged the hoist? What are we looking at here, 700lbs? Take quite a bit to drag it. Tires and struts were removed WAY before the engine came out. I used 2 hydraulic jacks, raised the front of the car and pushed it back.

That'* a nice cherry picker. Yer gonna buy that for me right?
