I am debating on what %age of tint to get for my car in summer. I want 35%, but found that the legal limit here in NY is 70% (unless it has changed) and 70% is not dark enough. I want a nice happy medium that is dark enough to make a significant difference and yet not to get me harassed by cops. Or maybe I'll just get 35% and ride with my windows down

Anyway, I posted this here because I was hoping to get people to post pics of their Bonne who have tinted glass. People with 35% and anyone with 50% all around if possible, so I can get an idea. I'm not sure if any tint is available between 35 and 50 anyway, but if there is, post those too! Thanks guys!

Well I had 35% on the front windows of my Bonneville and 20'* the back...worked fine, but I would suggest a nice clean 35% uniform tint all the way around...and since Cardomain sux ***..I can't get a pic up....

I WISH I could get away with 20% I like 35% with green, but may go with 50 if I feel the cops will harrass me. If anyone has a green Bonne with 50% all around that will help me decide too. Thanks.

50 front, 35 rears?

If anyone has pics with 50 front 35 rears that would be cool. I would prefer one %age all around, but I'm open to anything that looks good.

very sexy car you have there.... here in mi its legal ANYTHIGN on the back nothin on the front :? kinda crappy. i loved my limo tint and im still debatin it anyone got 5%?

i've been in cars with 5% and i think they suck. obviously u can't see in (not a horrible thing) but you can't see out at all. Lowest I'd ever go is 20%. A necessity for tinted windows are brighter reverse lamps. I believe i got mine from autozone (50w blazer'*)
