I'm glad to hear that your ok, hitting trees/poles are not fun. I just got into an accident about 2 weeks ago. It was in a truck and we were going about 45-50 and hit a tree and 2 of the three of us didn't even have seatbelts on and we all walked away with not even a scratch.
I'd say take what you can off of it...
