Pics
Thx, mine isn't far from yours. All i have done is cleaned the interior up a lot, and then i clayed the paint outside, and took those pix. I then waxed it, and now i'm gonna go do those RPO'* off the trunk in the back. I also spend some time with rubbing compound on the spoiler and that worked very well. Plus the pix hide a lot of the small things
. If you want your car to look and feel (smoother then glass after claying) just take a couple afternoons or a weekend and it'* brand new. I've also done some cleaning on the engine, bonnie94sse has an engine that looks like i want mine too!.

BonnieBoiMN, What do you mean by (Claying?) My exterior is in really good condition. No dents, no rust. Very light scratches like the kind you get when you go thru a carwash. Is claying the same thing as using a rubbing compound?. Overall, I think my 92 is in excellent condition considering the year.

A Clay bar kit is in a box at any automotive store, and it has atleast two things. A detailers spray, and a bar of clay which is like playdoh a lil. The detailers spray is what they use at car shows and stuff to make a car shine, remove fingerprint spots etc. You spray a section of the car, then you take the clay and rub it along. Clay itslef is pretty grabby, it doesnt move on most surfaces, thats what the spray is for, it helps keep it lubed, and when your done with a section you wipe it off. So you are using the clay to pull off EVERYTHING down to the clear coat, and then when you wipe away the spray it also uses the detailers spray and you get the benefit from that. The car is SMOOTHER THEN GLASS, i kid you not. I know bonnie94sse does it, zzzzzeke has done it, and so has nytro67, willwren and others i'm sure. I swear by it now, and running my hands along my car afterwards was well worth it, and here'* a nice pic.. Click on the link to go to my clay bar pix page.

BonnieBoiMN, I can confirm that RPO code. I went to my dealership this morning and pulled up ALL the codes for my 92 Bonnie.
FE1=SUSPENSION SYSTEM, SOFT RIDE SUSP
FE1=SUSPENSION SYSTEM, SOFT RIDE SUSP
It'* stiffer then 01 camry we have and it'* not bad. I've been in an SSE which was stiffer, but it didn't handle better, it was just louder and moved more to bumps. Infact i felt a little more understeer in that car then mine. But that car was falling apart.
