Buzz...if you look at the last picture, the one with the rear driver side window...look down towards the bottom left of the wheel well, that one rust spot, the other is on the driver door above the trim.
Nothing to noticeable, but I see it eveyday and it drives me nutz :?

the amount of rust on that car for it being that old and in a harsh northern climate (salty roads), I am shocked that it has that little rust! Whats your secret?!?!

I have been really lucky Macho... the hood is new, some of the paneling on the front is new, and been repainted in the last five years. The old red/faded to pink mudders dig the job, I pitched them...getting new ones soon, they did a nice job protecting the side.
I talked with our body shop friend of ours. He can fix the two rust spot and address the ones that are starting, but it is in his opinion that I forget about the paint...not worth it, back in the day GM used inferior paint and metals...rust is like a cancer to old GMs. The newer ones are better...don't worry. I'm going to oil the underbody rust check it for now and ride it out the rest of the way. My $300 per month new Bonne fund was temporarily shut down due to current repairs, but I'll save the $1000 and sink it into the new baby
For now tho, the old 89 does the job

LOL..that Canon Powershot digi cam is dubbed "the old boat" one of the first cameras ever released to the market. We got it in 96 as a gift from Canon thru my dad.
Still takes good pics after 7 years or so despite its monstrous size.
The car still looks ok, but, time to start thinking about the next one....36 months x 300 a month.
I think thats a nice deposit on an SSEi...lol, for now, its not to bad

See, I figure if I can put down about 11 000 clams for the next car, my payments will be minimal, but somehow, I think by the time that rolls around, it'll be a 2K+ and I wanted a 96-99 model...meh

ahhhh, i see said the blind man. I was wondering how you could get a brand new GXP for 300 a month for 36 months!
I kinda figured RLD was paid off already. I think by the time your ready the testimonials will push you towards a GXP! Then you just need to figure out what SC will fit on it.
