that would be an EZpass. Basicly allows you to drive through toll booths. IT records it just like you picked up a ticket. Then you drive through the same thing at your exit and it charges it to your credit card. Never have to stop, never need to open the window...and there is almost never a line to drive through the toll booth...one of the greatest inventions in the world.
