Default painted wheels and calipers

Well I decided I wanted a change today. so I went and got some plastidip, and silver caliper paint. So far I only have 2 done. as its taking a lot more work than I thought to get the old flaking red caliper paint. off so here is a pic it'* not great as its dark out, but I will have good pics up on saturday

Well it looks like the wheels are already going back to polished. The plastidip peeled off of one on my drive to work today, and I dont plan to spend the money to redo it

Sorry to hear that. What we the outside temperature today? I wonder if heat affects plastidip.

It was 105 when applied and 90 this morning

Oh well undecided once I saw it in the light I liked the polished look better

What if you painted the spokes and center black, and left the lip polished?

Plastidip on wheels on looks good on trucks and race cars IMO.

I really don't like it if the car is an extremely glossy black like yours, doesn't match. Glad you're going back to polished.

I agree, but I think the red calipers look better with the polished look than the silver ones do.

Ya I agree, the matte black just looks like its dirty next to the glossy black paint. The calipers look great though! I thik I might try that next.
