Depending upon the color of green you are using, why not have the wheels painted at the same time as the car? Might ook all right to have them match...

It'* very nice! They start by magnetly coating the part with colored granules of whatever that stuff is. Then they bake it so it melts on. It is a bee-you-tea-full finish!! Looks like it'* 6 feet deep. I wish I could think of a practical example that you would have seen...
