As for the rims, not a whole lot you can do with them aside from sand, polish and reclear them, but that would be a long process.

And what people mean by SLE is there was an option package for the SE which got you leather, full body cladding and some other nice options. If you look on the RPO code list on the spare tire cover, you should see one that states H4U, which is the SLE option package.
