I heard this isn't a bad job to do.... True? I think i need to do it this year. Right now, every couple of months I have uh "self-changing" oil...

Its not bad at all. As you can see in the pic, we had to remove one of the lines where the oil filter goes so that we could get the last bolt out, but since it was covered in oil, it came apart easily.



P.*. I still owe an oil pressure pic. I just been busy with other things but will try and get one up soon.

Changing the LIM gaskets won't affect your oil pressure.

I just thought that any leaks in the engine anywhere would cause oil pressure to drop since its not entirely sealed up. What do you think im looking at then? Bearings?

In the pic below, that little crap stuck to the pick up was a flake of metal, but thats all that was in the entire pan. So I dont know.
