Bob is an inspirational kinda guy. He was out cleaning his car last weekend.

He cleaned his bottle with an old sock and a long screwdriver.. est time 1.5 hours. Beer count unkown.

I pulled my bottle out, drained it..

Rinsed with water...no change
Added cleaner I use for motor (Maxiclean)... no dice
Sprayed 1/4 can of brake clean in there.. wow..big difference..
Put rag in and flopped it around ... major change
Dump fluid and add another shot..flop rag more.
Pull rag and drain fluid. Rinse super well w/water.

You see what I got from it.

Looks clean there Boostman, I see you ascribe to the screwdriver and rag method to clean as well.

Depends on if the back is leaking.... then it'* a hour job and several beers....
