I nominate Cody "Fuelforthesoul1999" and his Stargazer. His style of moding is all about putting his own personality into his car rather than doing something just because everyone else is doing it, wich i admire more than someone who dumps a ton of money into a car just to show off they have the latest and greatest.

(not that there'* anyhting wrong with spending money on shiny, blinking, and other cool things if you've got the extra scratch to spend )


But with him and Bandit on the list I don't know who I'd vote for
