A girl I know recently bought a 99 civic si, ( I know Rice) Anyways she just asked for new plates and NOT custom ones or anything. When they came in, this is what she got
She swears she did not ask for them. Shes also kinda of a hottie, she gets a ton of looks while driving and beeps, All the time people yell, "Hey legs".
