I could never get it right either until I used www.photobucket.com - you can keep the original pic in your computer, load it up to photobucket, then resize it to various sizes to meet your needs...pretty cool actually! If you mess up the resizing , you can delete the pic and upload it again...

ya you just need to figure out Photo bubket...i have seen some really big sig'* for some users and i know that this one will work....in fack the only one i ever had to resize was my aviator pic....your not mixing up the too are you?
