How do you add a picture to your signature and to a post? I have placed pictures in my photo ablum but can't get them to copy / paste into the message space.

You need to"host" the photos outside of the forum, Dad. Got to photobucket/dot/com , here'* the link,.... Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket and start an account. (free). Up load your pictures to your account there. Under each picture in your account there will be 4 choices of code. "Copy" the last one, the one with img at the front and back of code, and and then "paste" the code into a comment or signature. This allows the forum software to acess and display the image without using up our storage space and bandwidth allotment.
