Ever considered cutting the shape of the badge out ouf the sill, and recessing it?

i guess that rould be done really easy, just trace the pattern of the lettering and then cut the sill plate, Or just make a rectangle where the badge would just sit in....

anyone have a few sets of sill plates what they want to hack up
