Nice looking Bonneville Matt. Hope to see you go all out with modding it like the 'Stang. Watch out for Dan. He gets a bit barbarian while into the grog.
Matt, I have the same car in an 03' . I am also in the moding mode. From reading here I have been able to pick up a few things that a owner should do first. Like a soild front motor mount and supercharger pully down to 3.4" (from intense) and keep an eye on the lower intake for a coolant leek. I am in vegas now but my home is just across the water from you in Frankfort MI.
Car looks great but I am bias.

Unless you can scan your car and plan to do several support mods, you shouldn't pulley down less then 3.5" You can damage you engine if your running with a lot of KR
Thanks for the info. I was just getting ready to pully down. I will check into what else I have to do to support the pully mod.
I appreciate the info and keeping my bonnie running well , regardles of my zelous modding. Everyone on this site has been a great help.
This is my 2nd bonnie. the first was a 99 SSE finally gave it away at 350K because it was so rusted out I could not change the shocks or the rims as the were out of round. I am told the car is still running.
That is why I bought this one. The supercharger is nice and now I have tyhe bug to mod it out.
I purchased it in Utah, nice never seen a winter like Michigan or WI. no rust and every bolt will come off without the red wrench. LOL

Watch that MOD bug, he bites hard. By the way, I'll be in Racine tonight. Getting there about 4:30 or so, going out to eat, then the microtel, then off to a party at Mcaullies pub.
