next up is cleaning it up primer and black paint, im also getting two more hella lights on there, theres only one because my friend gave me that its an extra he had after doing his bar

heres my resistor that decided to melt and blow smoke into the cab for about 5 mins.. got a new one and getting a new plug will take care of that this week, until then.. no heat..

i love it! with 3 lights and black it will look sharp heres some with the flag on

i would probably put something on the end though, if mud and crap get in there it will rust

Very nice work on that bar! Look forward to the finished/painted pics!
& that resistor could have started a real fire by the looks of that melt job!
What heat blower on high when it went or?

i had to replace the one on my moms impala normally they dont run high through it and there is a air gap for circulation so, i can see why you have a problem if the trucks are like that.

the resistor is corroded from dampness every now and then just another flaw on gm'* end
