Yeh its the other way around hear in OZ everyone wants the American style GMs .Over hear everyone put the Chevrolet badge on there commodore.
Its like what they say people want what they cant have.

With factory internals i would be injecting (50HP -75HP)

has the 75HP shot given you a difference in power? have you dyno it?

No I've never dynoe'd and not a track person. It'* just a street car. The 75 will give you a definate kick you will notice, Shouldn't have to tune for, and enough to keep me up with a lighter stock Mustang GT and take most Japanese products within reason. It doesn't play against say, a WRX, The GXP has a Caddy V-8 with a locked PCM. Pretty much all I could do in the Mod Dept. Wet injection is the only way to go.

I have heard that the wet system is better, but i was going to go for the dry system.
I was going to boost the pressure on the fuel pressure regulator and put in a higher pressure fuel pump.
The factory injectors will do as i am not putting massive Shots in.

Hey, awesome Commodore! That'* cool to see an L36 being put under NOS first. Definitely let us know the gains from it, and also, how good does it feel from the headers being put on?

Thanks bro.

the headers has given me more bottom end. I went for 1.5 inch primary and 2 inch collector. (Tuned headers)
I wanted bottom end power since it is a street machine car not a 1/4 mile machine.
The primary pipes were longer then the factory so this promoted low end torque and combined with the diameter as well.
And has better scavenging effect then the factory exhaust manifold. So you really cant go wrong.

How do you plan to tune everything? Raising line pressure will effectively raise your fuel injector flow rating, which will therefore throw off your fueling tables and cause you to run way too rich, which will rob power and kill performance.

A wet shot is the only way to go with nitrous. Really not even worth it any other way.

Aside from that, welcome to gmforum! Always nice to have someone from down under over here. Keep posting pictures of that car!

Not bad at all! I think the FWD 3800 header primaries are 1 5/8" or so, but our headers don't flow as well as proper RWD ones. Man, we need RWD...

Thanks bro.

I am a auto electrician so i know my way around the EFI system.
The pressure will only go up when the nos is activated theres a few ways of doing this mate.
One hint is fuel pressure regulator.

Do the Aus 3800s have an electronic FPS?

Our super charge motors (L67) have got 1 5/8 primaries.
