Good lookin Sunbird. I had a red 91 4door a few years back. Ran good. Only problem was stalling and a MAP code. Bone yard PCM fixed that.

wa wa wi wa! VERY NICE!
Good thing you have the 5-speed. My family used to have the SE (with the motorized headlight eyelids) with the 3.1L... the 3-speed auto COMPLETELY blunted the power down. That car would've been so ******* fast if it had a proper drivetrain

Thanks guys, I'm really happy with it. Especially considering I got it for $2000 (which up here will barely buy you squat).
The 5 spd does make it a lot more fun, and makes the 96 hp manageable. My g/f has an 88 Corsica, with the 2.0 OHV, same HP and the 3 spd, it has serious lack of power issues. Gas mileage is way better w/ the 5 spd too. And yes, it'* the Izuzu trans, not the best I know, but it'* not like I'm putting any extra power to it.
Oh and though the turbo is tempting JimmyFloyd, this one'* gotta last me the remaining 2 years of my degree/until I get a job, so trying to keep it slow...haha

Hey Ryan, funny thing.........my neighbor asked me if I would drive him back from the scrap yard since he'* bringing his son'* Sunbird there today. The reason I said funny is because it'* also white and I believe it has the same rims. It'* auto though and I think it may be newer.
Good luck bro.
