well i was on my way home from work... this was after 5..it was dark considering it was still that time of year for it to get dark early...Feb 8th this happened by the way...it was a little warm which caused it to be foggy..and it was raining to boot... im at this bad intersection going to make a left hand turn to head towards home... there was no one coming either direction.. and i started to pull out then all of a sudden i get hit from the rear first then the front...pushed me over the median and that was that... the guy that hit me had no headlights or parking lights on for me to see that he was coming...it sucked really bad

Man!!!! That is really bad. You shouldn't let anybody in the family drive around without broad collision & comprehensive coverage.
Well, what is done is done. Good luck with repairing it.
I would recommend COLLEX. -> (COLLision EXperts).

im not sure if he had insurance or not because i didnt have a chance to talk to the police officer that came onto the scene because of me being injured and taken by ambulance to the hospital...it wasnt even his vehicle to begin with...but nothing has come thru onto my insurance since the accident

what really made me mad though is i found out the day after from the office that he said i ended up hitting him but from the pictures you can tell that i had nothing to do with anything... but by the time the officer was done talking with him... he admitted that he hit into me... what i dont get is that where i was turning.. there are 2 lanes... why couldnt he have changed lanes because there was no one else coming....its very strange...lol

The pictures dont do it justice, it looks a lot more banged up in person. Weird how its damaged like that, the other side is completely fine. There might be something wrong with the starter or something as well, or something got jiggled around, when trying to start it up, it took a few tries.

The cost of used cars is so low that by the time he fixes that one (correctly), it would have cost about the same for a replacement car that'* never been banged up.
