this was my 92 se. totalled it 3 years ago :( i actually still have the performance chip from it! i think it was manufactured by superchips. wonder if it would work on my 94 ssei ??

That chip won't work with your "i". You should sell that sucker to someone here with a 92!

Probably not. The 92SE had no EGR valve, so I doubt the chip would be capable of working in your car. It'* possible, depending on the manufacturer of the chip, and what engine functions it modifies.

I'm betting it'll work for the 92 SE or SSE for sure, and possibly the 93 SE and SSE.
It almost certainly WON'T work with the 94'*. TB and MAF issues.

Manufacturer and part number of the chip would help with this investigation, if he'* wanting to sell it.

Consider that they don't make a chip for a 92 SE anymore. They are very hard to find.
