Yes Photoshop work to get the background blurred out
A pretty easy trick, thats very effectful.

Are my taillights unusual?

Blue SSEs are rare around these parts. I found one in the junkyard here some time ago and swiped its badge, since it'* blue too

I dont know about the rims, but since the tires on these ones are made for winter, and I have 4 pretty ok summer-tires, it feels perfect to get 4 nice rims, and just get the summer-tires mounted

I love the international Bonnevilles. There still seems to be a few in sweden though...nice to see. When I was looking for the 91- I was looking for the exact color combination that you have. But you have to replace the grille Emblem! I have several if you need one.

the guys that are refering to your tail lights is because here in the states
most of them are delaminated very bad.
