Two question about your ride...
1)What suspension code does the car have?
2)Are the mounts similar/same as your SSEi. As in would you have free access to change the super charger belt without a motor mount being in the way?

A couple things you might want to look into:
2003-2005 Park Avenue Ultra Grille (here'* a pic of my parents Park Ultra with the newer grille):
Also a bottle of 3M Plastic Cleaner/Polish for the headlights. My dad puts it on almost everyother week to prevent the yellowing/aging. They had started to yellow before he got the car but with regular cleaning/polish the yellow started to dissapear, up to a certain extent, and keeps them looking presentable.
Otherwise, the wash and cleaning really seems to have brought that car too.
I have to agree on the ride quality. Although it has a fairly identical suspension to the Y2K+ SSEi'*, it still has that Buick feel like you are riding on a cloud.
Another thing my parents have had problems on both my old 97 Park Avenue and the current 2002 PA Ultra (this still has under 90k miles) are the front wheel bearings/hub. They keep going bad and are eating up $250 apiece Vogue tires like there is no tomorrow.
Yes, the 1997+ Park Avenue is just like the 2000+ Bonneville in terms of motor/trans mounts.

Thanks OLBlueEyesBonne, I was afraid that it was like the riviera'* engine mounts that need to be removed just to change the SC belt.
Out of curiosity. What is the suspension code for the PA Ultra?

That is so great.
I take it your plan is something close to...
Remove DEALER STICKER! lmao
New Fender
Pull dent
Shampoo Carpet
Clean & Condition Leather
Dress Interior
Replace Center Caps
Refinish Headlights (I wonder how mother'* plastic polish and a mother'* powerball would do those up?)
Clean Reservoir Bottles
Replace Belts
Clean pulleys
Wire Brush Corrosion on Alternator
Clean Trunk
Clean Up Air Dam (bug removal)
Then theres the maybes...
Maybe a cheap tune up?
Maybe swap out dex?
Maybe LIMs?
Well worth the HUGE profit. I don't think you'll have any problem getting 6k out of it if you do it all. Even just a few minor touches could merit 5k
