You named the Regal "Clyde"..... I know why... "Bonnie & Clyde"... but it'* just such an odd name for a car... it works well I guess (the two names together).

I would love to have a Regal GS...that or an Olds 88 LSS Supercharged. The GTP'* are really common, and really don't look too slow, and the SSEi'* still look sporty. The Regal is a real sleeper.

Have fun with your new car. How long before it runs 13'*???

If I had the money, I would definatley be driving around in a Charcoal Gray or Dark Red Regal GS...but I'm poor so I drive a '90 GP.

don't worry about the "grandpa car" comments, I get them constantly.. Enough so that I've considered selling the car for something else! It'* alright though because there'* a lot of girls out there that love the Riviera. I've always had a thing for the Regals too. I was strongly considering buying one but the insurance was way too high on it and the brakes were really weak. I"d choose the Regal over the GP anyday. The Regal is built so much better!

also, make sure to check out www.regalgs.org

Poor huh is that why you have a 12 second GTP?????? LOL

ahh the 13 second question....depends on what I decide to do to the Bonne....right now the Regal is just a nice daily driver....the Bonne is the current project, but once the Bonne project nears its end the Regal gets put dead on in the cross hairs. Im thinking the Thrasher stage 3 kit should do with an LSD and good sticky tires. But first gotta get an accurate boost gauge JEEZ!

Ive already checked out Regal GS.org...its an OK forum but this one is by far my favorite. A little more mature here....like the fact that this forum doesnt put up with "kill" storys and non sense flaming, the moderation of this forum just seems better. Also I am SO used to the grandpa jokes that I just use them to my advantage now....people were calling my Bonne a grandpa car...now they get to look at the tallights of a "grandpa" car. The same will be true with the Regal soon enough.

Yea, I loved my Regal GSE, but unfortunately the gas was getting expensive and I was driving it faster than I was paying it off, so I took a Trade in Deal that I couldn't pass up. All in all the Regal was a great car with a lot of options, but I have always wanted to get my bonneville back (I think it is a first car kinda love) I do suggest reading Regalgs.org from time to time as they are very knowledgeable about the regal itself, even if they might get a little childish at times. Also, I did conclude that the Gold Wire rims and the 5- spoke bonneville Rims do fit well on the car and do not look all that bad (only have pics of the gold ones)
