My latest mods and my shrine....
My shrine...got it for Christmas.
Finally got smart, fixed my speaker grilles. I took my crappy job of a pontiac emblem off, and painted them black. I then added my small Lightning Audio emblems, which dont show up that good in the pics.
Here is what happens when you hit a really big pot hole. I lost a fog light (notice the red tape on the connector) and knocked 2 chips of paint off of the bumper. I am ordering touch up paint soon, along with some clear coat. It will be used for this and for some minor scratches on the door.
I also fixed a small water leak and redid my spark plug wires in the plastic thing by the front valve cover gaskets. They have been zip-tied for months. In the progress of looking at my tach and transmission, I unplugged the battery and did a case learn with the PCM, and it is running better, as in not staying in a high gear. It still shifts at 6000 though, but I think this is the tach being off on its position. Going to the junkyard next week, to get a fog light, the rear chrome trim, and a few other things. I'm out of stuff to update yall on now, so i'm done.
