Well I finally got around to doing my first mod that I've been thinking of for a while now. I was actually going to go all silver, but I changed my mind figuring that seems to be the popular way to go, and I wanted to try for something more subtle. So tell me what you think. It will probably go mostly unnoticed by most, but I like how it turned out.

That looks good. I like the black grill even with my car colour.

I really like the silver accent..................running to get my paint brush.

Now you really have to clear those front lights. :P

Actually it was a marker. I remembered as I was about to buy a can of silver that I have a Testors enamel paint marker that I used on the dash lettering on my convertible. So I sprayed a couple coats of black, then painted the border, and sprayed three coats of clear. That marker worked out very well. The only thing I would maybe do different is to scuff the border a little as I think the black was a little to slick so the marker wasn't covering great the first time and made for some slight brush-like marks. But in the grill no one would even see it without examining it up close.

I think that is the best look with a black car IMO
