What your really going to need now is headers and do something about your valve train. Either 1.9:1 rockers or a good cam. Those are your restrictions right now and will need to be taken care of.
Did you change out the downpipe? If not..then you might not have freed anything up. Our downpipes are dual wall to reduce sound etc and are the second most restrictive part of the exhaust. First part being the front manifold.
That front manifold is exhales about as well as a chronic smoker with asthma. When I put my headers on, I'm pretty sure the only real huge single benefit was derived by getting rid of the front exhaust manifold.
My signature does say that i will hafta change it i do not have a 3 '' dp the dp measures close to 3 in like 2 3/4 should i change it,i know it would probly help but i didnt think it would be a huge gain is it?

Your exhaust can only flow as good as the most restrictive part. A 3" exhaust does no good if you have a down pipe less then that. To get the best out of a exhaust you need to look at it as a hole. From valve train to tips.
So you said i need different ratio rocker arms if i do not do this am i going to ruin or wear anything because of the bigger exhaust. So i should do this or do i gotta do it cause i dont really wanna get into tearing into the motor unless i do the intake gasket, cam, headers all at once

You do not have to do it. But it will effect your performance. Rockers are easy to change, only gaskets needed are valve covers. Doing a cam is a lot more effort. Headers or a PLOG is a bit of work as well, but not to bad.
I know this is kinda off topic but im going to get and intence pcm and get the rear o2 deleted should i raise my shift points 250 if i go ahead and do the rockers or should i leave them stock
