Now always make sure to remove your faceplate when you leave the car.

see driving in that car would make me insane lol but that could be OCD (i have a coffee spot that i cant reach its oh never mind.....

where did you get the parts so quick?
There'* a local junk yard here called Parts Galore, bring your own tools and get your parts, it was so fun going to junk yard and seeing the bonnevilles that didn't make it. I bought the Sony radio at Walmart (I love that radio, it'* better than my previous Jensen). I'm going to go back and get another wood bezel and paint it black or blue, heck I might get two that way I change it up every few months, 4 bucks well spent.
