My Bonnie with her new Big brother!
The G8 satisfies those days you feel like tearing something up. The Bonne is a great cruiser and leaves town more.
Power wise there is little comparison, the rear wheel drive and the v8 are in a different class.

How does the ride between the two compare, like on a all day trip. I was "commuting" back and forth from here to Cincinnati two years ago (660 miles) and loved not getting 'saddle-sore" after being in my GXP for 12 hours.
The G8 has a stiffer seat with less adjustment than the Bonne, I would have to choose the Bonne for the long rides for my choice. I like to change seat positions on long rides, it seems to help me stay more comfortable.
The back set is bigger in the G8 and the seat backs are naturally reclined a little more, it feels a little more comfortable than the bonne. I have ridden ver far in the back of the G8 though.

Kids aren't allowed in my GXP, but couples that tag along for diner, drinks, or a show don't seem to mind the back of the GXP. Comfy they say, but with my legs, whoever'* behind me doesn't like the legroom.
Yerah john'* got them long sexy legs lol...The shortest always sits behind me as im 6'5'' and the seat all the way back doesnt leave much room
