I thought I would post pictures of my 1993 Bonneville SSEi that I got monday. It needs some work, althought the body looks good. The wheels need to be cleaned and I cant seem to get them clean.

This was my last project that just got boring after doing almost everything possible to it.

Orange Grease Lightning gets that right out, there are a lot of members with the laced rims, they will let you know what works best
Nice lookin SSEi, gotta love the red
Congrats on the purchase

Hey, where in Minnesota are you? Have you checked out www.mnbonnevilleclub.com yet? Look forward to seeing you at some of our gatherings here in MN.
BTW -gotta love red SSEi'*. And have fun cleaning the rims. The white color theme on the Saturn gives it a really clean/smooth look.

Thanks for the warm welcoming, I got the bonneville in a trade knowing it needed some work. I had to replace the front left knockle, hub and outer tie rod end, It also sounds like the supercharger nose needs new bearings plus Im gonna do a upper end rebuild. the exterior looks really nice, the interior is okay, I need to get a replacement back seat, front seats arent too bad.
To answer OLBlueEyesBonne I live in Saint Paul, MN.

Looks sharp Spiral. I would recommend taking the wheels off and using the orange hand cleaning soap and a toothbrush. That will come right off. Also you may need a new coupler and not new bearings for the supercharger. Nice ride, look forward to seeing more of it in the future.

The supercharger like rattles at idle, I used a stethoscope and Im pretty much positive its coming form there. As for hte wheels Id rather pay the money to get them acid dipped at a machine shop to eat all the **** away then do the tidious work of hand scrubbing them =), I would just buy aftermarket wheels but I really like the look of the OEM wheels.
