DJ, what trans is your 403 attached to? Turbo 350, Turbo 400 or 700 R4... And if memory serves its specific to Olds and or may have the double bolt patteren correct?

Nice car, good to see the 403 being used as something other than a boat anchor. Though I still believe it has no purpose in a trans-am
Poncho motors are the only thing meant to be in a poncho. I'm sure that thing surprises the hell out of a lot of people.

It is really great to see people restoring and modding the older Bonnys and I'll bet that sleeper really wakes up when ya want it too. Had a Cutlass that looked very similar to yours( and sold it to a junk yard....(perfect body?blown engine) for $400 in trade parts

lol... I like the Turbo 400, but it takes a bit to turn the internals... The 400 is a hell bent trans 
I have seen a very limited few with the double bolt pattern that could fit say a Chevy or Olds... lol
The Olds 307 and 403 were interesting engines to me as I never paid any attention to them untill a few years ago when a freind ended up working on quite a few of the 307'*... Even stuffed a 403 into an 83 Gran Prix...
But at the same time as much as the Olds 307 and 403 intrigue me, I still love my chevy engines..
