Ok, here is an update from Sunday. We started off when 95SLE arrived around 10:00 AM., leftd90 showed up around noon, and Gonneville and Petraman showed up around 1:00.
Here are some pics of todays events....... beware, super clean, very shiny cars ahead thanks to Tom ( 95SLE ) and Zaino.
We started on my car. Washed, clay barred, polished / buffed, sealed.
The whole process took about 4 hours, but the results are totally stunning. These pics don't even do it justice, my camera is crap, and my hand is not very steady, but you will get the idea.
on the left is Tony ( leftd90 ) in the front and Brian ( Gonneville ) in the back. on the right Tom ( 95SLE ) is giving Pete ( Petraman ) a lesson on Zaino and buffing.
Great job guys

random pic of Toms car. Tonys is in the back along with Brians new ride in the back ( Honda Element ) sorry Brian, I couldn't resist

Tom finishing up the buff job.... WOW I can't believe the shine / reflection!!!!!!!

ahhh, my car is done, now comes the '03s turn

another random shot of Toms car

Now, the cars are done. overall took about 7 - 8 hours, but dinner and much BSing was also involved.

I love reflection shot pics

and last but not least, some pics of the clear corners on our '03. taken at different light exposures, some with and some withoug flash trying to get the best shot.

I want to say thank you to everyone that came out and I hope that the trip was worth it to everyone, I know I sure had a good time

Ryan and Steph, thank you for hosting a great meet. Lots of fun and good times.
Tony is a class act and a real nice guy. His bonny is to die for, I like the wheels and the tail treatment.
We went for a spin to the grocery store in my Bonny. I believe he will be visiting Intense for a PCM upgrade.
Brian and Petey as always it was great seeing you again. I think there is a PC in Petey'* future.

Clears look good Ryan! Black really sets them off!
That hub work looks good guys. Did it give you any problems along the way (especially working on a grass lot)?
I'm due soon for a pass side r&r........I'll know where to come now!

The hubs were very easy and didn't give any problems except some very tight bolts on the pass. side. Other then that, the grass was not a problem at all, you just have to make sure that the vehicle is very well supported. I used a board under the jack, and another board under the jackstand. Let the jack down just enough so that the load was equal on the stand and the jack. No problem at all, even though it was my first time turning a wrench on a 2000+ except the front solid mount I put in ours.

I didn't even know this one was going on until about 11:00 last night. Missed it, obviously...
Looks like a good time though! Thanks for sharing pics. I feel like I was there, only not.

Man i wish i didnt have to take off so soon on sunday, would have loved to get some zano action on her.
On a side note, it was great meeting all you guys and being able to take them for a spin was a lot of fun. Actually got to drive my first boosted car and my first SLE with a pcm tune thanks to ryan and tom. So thanks for a great weekend guys. Its something i hope we do again.
