You SOOOO have plenty of room there for a Cold Air box or a bumper/fender well intake.
A smooth hose to go from the MAF to the TB and another to the filter where the stock air box once resided, with a Thrasher, SLP, etc... CA box or the Intense tubing going to the 12" cone elsewhere (you have the ideal spot right there behind the lower grilles-one for ram air to the CAI and the other to cool the engine bay similar to Willwrens setup, and boy do those 3.5/4.0/4.6 *'* need all the cooling they can get).

Oh, and get a 3" high flow cat on there with some nice Magnaflow mufflers and you will definitely be surprised at how restrictive the stock exhaust is.
Do you know if you have the u-bend in the exhaust like W-bodies?
