Default latest adventure in neonland

ok so heres my latest mod....
my buddy crispy and i were just messin around goin to advance auto and stuff lookin for plug wires of a more performance oriented nature.... when we get to autozone and i start asking about the wires they have crispy wanders off and starts digging thru the "clearance bin o crap" and goes, jokingly, "hey matt look, $15 neons...." i look over and im like "ooo they are lite glow, f'em i dont want em" and then as i realized they were 1/2 off, and not only that but 7color scanning LED tubes.... i double thought that idea.. and bought them..... we installed them behind the grilland set them to a very slow, gradual color fade..... really neat lookin....

Personally the headlights remind me of a photographic negative. I love the radiator lighting though. That is very cool.

I love the neons.....but the head lights just aren't my taste....I like strobes in the head lights, or maybe a red glow to go with the blue neons....That would be hot, but could get you into a lot of trouble......I'm trying to find a way to make my exhaust pipe have a red glow inside the pipe where you can't see the bulb....but gives off like a hot steel/ metal illusion......Like red hot headers type colour.....Don't mean to hijack the thread, but any ideas?

those are strobes one set blue, one set green, one set white

um as far as lighting up an exhaust pipe, *I* havent seen the technology to allow it yet (im not saying it cant be done)but the high temps and such would make it a pain as your wire jacketing going into/out of the pipe would melt before anything else.....

::edit:: the only thing that could MAYBE handle it would be an LED... still dont know how unless u were to take a piece of non heat conductive tube drilla hole, weld/affix the tube to the exhuast at an angle to allow the range of light on the led to shine out and then mount the led at the end of that... (like a LED flashlight deal in the focused mode)
if you need a diagram or w/e of what i mean... lemmie know

FIrst of all....It deeply saddens me that I was not allowed in on such an excursion...second of all HOW COULD U HANG OUT WITH CRISPY WITHOUT ME! ahaha just kidding I promise!

You never cease to amaze me....not only did you take Drill a and turn it into Drilla which is a completly diff word.....*loses train of thought*

You know your headlights look like my fish tank

Neways...it still looks great without my genius applied...

You know tho...now that I think about it...it may have been a good thing I wasn't there..cuz you wouldn't have gotten anything done because cripsy would have been all hittin on me and then you would have had to knock him out...hahaha :P

**Edit**

In the 3rd and 4th pic Is that PINK I see behind the grill??????

I will have to touch base with you Matt when I get my exhaust from Psycho installed sometime in the next few weeks...Never seen anything done like that and I think an ominescent red glow coming from the pipes would look hot. I think it may take 2-3 LED'* in each pipe.....like you say aimed towards the end, but not visable to the eye from looking down the pipe. Definantly gonna be cool lookin...
