Kirk and the Enterprise
Update:
Got the exhaust welded yesturday. Car is far quieter but still has a ticking sound. Now I am sure the Y-pipe is leaking
Car pretty much lost all the power it had gained from the mods.
. Plans for today, Getting a new 02 sensor today, Retorquing the headers again, and resetting the PCM . Hoping to have a better report in 2 days after the PCM relearns again.

You lost all the torque because you decreased back pressure. Add a back pressure piece back in and you'll probably get torque back.
Trust me.. headers kill low end to a certain degree, which is why we always tell people that changing the exhaust size is bad.
The tick might be the headers..

While the car had the exhaust leak it had great mid- range and top end power. After we had everything welded. The car got its low end grunt completely back, but then the rest of the powerband became very sluggish almost like the car felt before the headers and rockers were installed.
