Well, I hope I don't raise the ire of proud Bonneville owners, and it is not my intention to do so, as we all have our own special fondness for our particular "babies", but I'd like to see a car of the month divided into say, decades, or model changes. As one who grew up with the 60'* and 70'* classics, the cars of today are too complicated and look too much alike. After the Feds started all their regs. with emissions and safety stuff in the mid 70'* cars just haven't been the same. Mainly because they all look the same. Yea, I may be proud of my 64 as you are of your newer 80-90'*. But, when I lift the hood ,I can actually see my spark plugs! The exhaust manifolds, the block, the valve covers, the Ground Underneath! Sure, todays technology has been great to cars no doubt about it, but it takes me 2 hours just to change the plugs on my 82 Lincoln Continental 302 V8! How about some division among the years ? I love my Bonnie as all of you love yours. What a site!! Lets spread the Love!

I agree, but we need to see some pics of the Classic beauties. One wont get nominated unless the members can see that it'* worthy of COTM.
