im really not expecting to be hassled by the cops at all, as you can see in that first pic you can still see in fairly well with the right kinda of lighting, it was actually somewhat cloudy at the time of those pics.
if i get pulled over, my windows are going DOWN......even if its the dead of winter...which might make mr police officer curious, ill tell him im hotblooded, check it and see.
oh and btw! i forgot to tell you, this mod gave me 50 more horsepower at the rear wheels yo!!

I really like your tint LH. Not a bad deal on it either. I would have taken the brake light out first though.

i have never gotten pulled over for JUST tint... its always another thing he can just add on to the ticket...
your tint looks kinda bluish/purple... usually low quality tint is like that... do you know what brand he used?

as for the brake light, he had the entire rear deck out at some point, so he probably chose to cut around it, which may be some sort of law that im not aware of or something...
that in itself made me mad, i had to wait an extra hour because he had to pull the rear deck, when i just asked him a couple days before if it would need to be pulled and i would have it out already and he said "oh no it wont have to come out".
as for the tint brand i really have no idea, but it looks pretty black to me, it doesnt have the real real pruple look to it at all. its probably just the angle or the lighting or something.

I am also supposed to have no darker than 35% on the front windows. When I had the Malibu done, I had 15% all around done ( thought it was 20% till I went to read my post on my forum). Actually the shop is the one that said they will not do 5%(limo tint) rear and the 35% front cause it looks bad.
At first I was kinda upset since I like having my rear windows done at 5%, but once it was done, I like it. Also since the rear windows are also at 15%, the front don't look as dark as if you went 95% rear and 35% front.
Here is the before and after on my car Done back in May of 2004
BEFORE
AFTER
But just change your viewing angle a bit and it'* darker, lol
I may end up doing the same thing on the new Bonneville. It has tint on it already, but I wanna pull it off and get it redone. Only problem is the rear window may have to go tint, on tint. Not recommended but I have done it before.

Gotta love having a good friend in the glass/window/tinting industry
Both of my bonnevilles were only 110$ He wouldn't tell me how much he discounted, but he'* definitely good at what he does. I haven't had a single problem.
Anyways, tint looks nice man. I've got 20% all the way around as well. The atmosphere inside the car is soo much different, its crazy.
