DANG IT... I am sooooooo jealous right now. we need that kit BAD for our '03

The gutted airbox allows some whine, but I could only imagine how much more there would be with the FWI

I still have an issue with the FWI in my 01. I need to drill some holes in the bottom piece and isolate the fender from the engine bay using some sort of heatshield. According to my relocated IAT the temperatre in the fenderwell on the 01 is 30*+ over ambient where as the 98 was 10* or so.

and Hans why dont you have the IAT near the TB where its supposed to go....i see a 9-10* above ambient while driving.....

no....but i did something else that killed some....the TM that is in the PCM is actually the biggest cause of the KR :( ...Bonneville TM....FTL
