How Does My Rear-end Look?
Well it neded some attention after my old tip busted off when my exhaust was dropped during my build-up.

Muffler needed replacement too, so I got a direct-fit replacement and tail pipes from Rock Auto (Merit 2237 I believe). I like a quieter tone, plus it makes the blower whine that much more obvious
I originally wanted to keep my tips stock, but I wasn't left with much choice and I really like how these tips look on Boosty'* and Travis' SSEi. Here'* the results after I had everything installed this morning.

I finally got the mis-aligned trunk lid straight after playing with the latch that was offset. Maybe some of you remember the slight gap above the right tail light when I was looking to buy the car.

Hey Echo, thanks again for the front plate bracket. I decided I should probably throw it on so I don't get pulled over
I still need to find some matching paint for it though.

Interesting story:
The guy who runs the Merlin'* Muffler place I went to actually owns a mid-1960'* Bonneville. He asked me about the club when he saw the stickers on my windows. Hopefully he'll post sometime. Great shop though. They worked really well with me to get everything installed how I wanted.

You’d be very surprised to hear how quite my setup was on the old motor. (I can't think my new motor will make it much if any louder) Never got much noise out of the exhaust till 4k+ @ WOT then it wakes up but the SC whine is still there in full effect.
I also have my tips hanging out the back, although mine hang out much more.
