Both are new and welded. Held by stainless hangers as well. Had to cut back on the muffler leaving about 3" of flange only to mount with a bit of custome bending as well. Haro I got 'em May 2005 so that'* not quite 3 years ago. Canadian winters+road salt+non stainless steel=those tips!

I wish these entire cars were built out of stainless, aluminum and galvanized steel...but unfortunately, they're not.

But anyways, those really look outstanding. Very nice indeed.
