Great pictures! I really need to learn more, I have a lot of trouble with taking pictures on sunny days. Are there any books or websites you would recommend to learn more, or did you just learn it by practice?

J/k Vince, awesome shots. Despite the camera'* abilities, it takes someone with a good eye to capture the image. I think my bonne is in need of some of your photography skills.

For everyone that is wondering anyone can do this if you have a manual shutter on your camera.
I shot these with my D200 with a crappy lens, shot multiple exposures for each shot thats the reason that it doesn't look real for some of them.
He'* in Arizona, John. The land that even the Lord God himself forgot to irrigate.
I just cant get the results like you out of my kodak disposable camera.
What, No club decals?

I just hold the exposure compensation button my Maxxum 700si after locking focus and it goes to work, unfortunately I only get half-stop variations in exposure, which isn't nearly enough latitude for negative (or even slide) film to get proper HDR, I don't think. So I don't bother with HDR at all, the higher dynamic range of film does it for me.
The post-work in Photoshop (ad nauseum) is also crucial. As said all you need is a tripod (I'd recommend it) and an exposure compensation mode.

Your right tripod is a must
