Did you buy your car used? If so someone either had an accident or changed the taillights themselves.

I got the car used, but I don't think it got in an accident.

Yeah, someone was just problably experementing then. Those aren't the original taillights for an SSE(i).

My best bet is to find it at the junkyard. Ordering it might cost an arm and a leg.

They are only on SSE, not an option... ALL SSE'* have them, and all SEs don't. In 96 they all looked the same with the black lines though.. GRRR!!!

Out of all the 92-95 SSE'* and SSEi'* I have seen, I have never seen any with SE taillights like this. THey must have did that themselves whoever owned the car before. Only thing I say was an option on these car is a spoiler. I have seen some without it and boy was that car ugly!

The SSE ALWAYS has a spoiler as well... Maybe the got in an accident a nd got a bubble butt trunk, or just took it off...
