Default GM top engine clean

after my lower intake swap i saw that my head where very full of carbon so i did a top engine clean by GM part number 992872 for canadien (1050002 for US )

so what i did it take out the plastic vacuum line on the throttle body and whit the engine hot and running got the line in the bottle and let it suck 3/4 off it contains .the engine did whant to stall but i keep it running then i took the line out and the engine did stall . after 15 minuites start the engine it did not start on the first try so i gave it some throttle and it did start here the video of it running

so it did smoke but not that much and the idle did smooth out real quick so i whent for i ride around the block and i will give you more info if it did change anything

Hmm, so pretty much you seafoamed it? Surprised at how little smoke there was. My BMW POURED out the smoke when I did it.

I thought you were supposed to just let it stall out, not keep it running?

Are you supposed to change the oil afterwards?
