Hey everyone,
I finally got a few pics of my 1994 SLE taken. Car is VERY DIRTY in these pics. I added them to my web page for my Lebaron. Will get a seperate page setup for it when I get more time and when I am done fixing it and get my mods all installed.
For now they are viewable @ http://www.cardomain.com/member_page...=259469&page=3
Anyhow, just thought I ease your curiousity.
Later,
Stylez

To answer first question:
Yeah, I have to get the core support pulled out about 2 inches just at the spot where the left headlight meets the grille. Then I have to get my clear headlight covers painted up to give the projector beam look to it. I am trying to decide between a chrome tape or painting green like the rest of the car.
Your Opinion??
Second question:
Well, this particular model (1988 Chrysler Lebaron TURBO GTC Convertable) has only 1500 made, but of those less than 300 came with the 5-spd trans. It is a 1988 GTC Convertable (first year of the GTC). Otherwise the Lebaron turbo'* are fairly common, but i have to admit, this last 1-2 years has really had a kill off on them (almost all the Chrysler 2.2/2.5 turbo vehicles). They are kind of rotting away it seems. I had a 1987 Dodge Lancer 2.2 turbo with the automatic (have had 2 1987 Dodge Lancer auto'* and one 1987 Shelby Lancer) with only 48,xxx miles on it and I took it in to get the tires rotated and when they started to put it up on the lift the lift went right through the frame rails -
:?
Needless to say I was pissed off as I had just bought the car 4 weeks earlier and I couldn't really take it back to the guy I bought it from because I had already done some major modding (enough to go from 15.7 in the 1/4 down to 13.5). They are definitely fun cars, but to build up and race, but they can be really tempermental (headgaskets, pistons, rod bearings, etc...).
