Went out for a little drive over the weekend and happened to bring the camera along. We were about a week late for the best fall colors and the car has been filthy for the past 3 weeks and still is (had a lot of rain/snow lately), but a few of the pics turned out OK. I dropped the resolution quite a bit but it still might be a bit much for 56k…

It'* about 30 minutes north and east of me, near Causey Reservoir.

:? Well, now, ya stumped me on that one. I can only speculate:

1. It'* there for the same reason there'* Mormons in Utah - God put it there.
2. It'* there to keep certain people from Connetykitt out.
3. It'* there for avalanche control (plausible, but this one is unserviceable).
4. Nobody else wanted it.

Probably the last one.

I believe the elder dork would come, the younger would be “bored” by the time we reached the Utah/Idaho border and being the Grand Poohbah of dorks she might create a dork-nexus at a dork convention that may be impossible to reverse.
