shweeeet 8)

she looks grrrreat ;)

Shadow 08-23-2006 06:31 PM

A bit high but looks good overall. GXPs are lowered from the factory so they look better with the 18" rims.

J Wikoff 08-23-2006 06:32 PM

I like how the wheels look in the wells, but there seems to be too much daylight underneath the car. 2" drop?

These are 20's, but the gap is exactly how much with stock, overall tire height was the same too, I tried 245/35/20 and 245/40/20 and the 40's were alot closer to stock.

I dont know if I will lower it, I am very impressed with how it rides as of now, it would look sweet if it was dropped though, Im not even sure if there is a lowering kit or not.

GUmball I tried to get the grille you have, but the guy did not respond, the guy I got this off of was VERYcool, shipped in two days.

ga93sle 08-23-2006 07:03 PM

Those look awesome. They almost look like they're supposed to be there, but they still have that custom look, it's hard to explain. They also accent your clear corners very well.

petraman 08-23-2006 07:11 PM

I really really really like those wheels. Everything is done very cleanly

toastedoats 08-23-2006 09:16 PM

The words you're looking for are "Those really fit the look of the car". That's what every modder should strive for, a clean consistent look, without any one piece claiming attention away from the whole. It should look as though it were designed to be that way from the first.

looong4, that is a beautiful car, smooth, clean, tight. Like a virgin. Virgin, hmmm...reminds me of Andrew... :P No wonder he wants to f*ck it.

looong4 08-24-2006 08:36 AM

Re: Drained my bank account. 10 pics.

LOL, you guys crack me up.
Thats the look I was going for and I am glad thats what you guys think, I tried to get something that was closest to the stock wheels or gxp look alike so it didnt look out of place.
Toasted, I will have to take another pic I made them all small to transfer to photobucket faster. Do you want a side shot to show the wheel gap?
Thank you for the compliments guys.

toastedoats 08-24-2006 08:38 AM

no, i want a side shot to show how HOT that looks for inspiration for my desktop background

Plurr 08-24-2006 11:27 AM

those rims are amazing...looks great

turkaloo 08-24-2006 11:31 AM

Very nice. Good choice on the rims.

Echo SSEI 08-24-2006 12:44 PM

That Bonne looks bada$$. Very nice 8)

Peterg22000 08-24-2006 12:57 PM

you can sum it up in one word....WOW

those rims look F*CKING FANTASTIC! as well at the rest of the car that blacked out look is always a great look (refur to my car for another example).

Also how are you liking those tires?, there the same ones i have and after a summer of driving on them i have no complaints, i just what your opinion too

looong4 08-24-2006 03:57 PM

thanks agian,
no complaints on the tires either, but I havn't hit rain yet. I think I said it before I think my ride is 10x smoother with these 20's than my 94 with 18's.

I was going to get chrome gxp's like turkloos but it was cheaper for these than the gxp chromed. But I still have the guys number if anyone is interested in gxp's or chrome gxp's. Very reasonable I thought, below 1000 for a chrome set. Guy was very cool too.

brybry 08-24-2006 10:51 PM

wow, how can you afford wheels like that???

looong4 08-24-2006 11:33 PM

u tell me I have the same 2 jobs as you.
you have HIDs already!??

00supercharged 08-25-2006 12:08 AM

damn thats clean. looks real good. the only thing that would top it off for me is the stock orange corners. i never liked clear corners. idk its just me. but dont get me wrong your shit is real tight

just curious what kind of rims are those and how much did they set u back?

nick

95SLE 08-25-2006 12:54 AM

Very Sweet and super sexy. Me likey!!!

looong4 08-25-2006 09:17 AM

Thanks, they are enkie LM1's, 1600 with 245/40/20's, I could have got w/ 245/35/20's for about 1400.

brybry 08-25-2006 09:23 AM

oh yeah. i just thought it might be because you had to have a friend pay for over half of them....

and about the HIDs...shut up

BonneMeMN 08-25-2006 11:22 PM

I'd almost like some black lugs to break up the chrome down there...

Otherwise, great setup ;)

Bugsi 08-26-2006 01:45 AM

Okay, what are those wheels, and what are those tires? If I ever have to replace my 97 Bonneville, I want a car exactly like yours. Those wheels & tires on your car look like they were made for each other. Absolutely perfect!

EK98 08-26-2006 03:11 AM

sweet nectar of life! Looks amazing.
