Man, do I feel stupid. 
That has always been such a da*n PITA to clean under and around and it never occurred to my pea brain to just remove it for cleaning. 
I usually claim to have some common sense, but there ya have it... :?

BTW, that looked like a nice clean car. Too bad the new owner treats it like crap. I often feel angry in that situation, almost like it'* a part of me...
