Keep the cover -if they put anything on the roads up there (salt/sand/whatever) the road spray that inevitably makes it past the radiator will be somewhat shielded from the SC and the fuel lines which have a finish that corrodes easily. Will also be easier to clean the engine in the spring.

i say with stock fuel rails run the cover and with aftermarket rails run naked
