COTM Archive returning... So I lied - ITS BACK NOW!!

I've just received the old archives from Willwren and I'll be rewriting and organizing the whole setup. Look for the archives to debut with the May 2006 COTM winner.

I decided to just restore all the existing guys and build something new for future COTM winners. Without further adeu: The old archive returns!

Edit:Lowrider'* January COTM is the only one I'm missing at the moment. I'll get ya soon bud.
